Summer Internship with EDNY

Over the summer of 2024, I had the incredible privilege of serving as the sole intern for the United States Department of Probation and Parole for the Eastern District of New York.

The beautiful, historic post office in which I spent my summer (pictured right) was the subject of many doodles on legal pads, and the inspiration for the thank-you cards I left my bosses in August.

Also pictured on the thank-you cards was Yankee Stadium and the Courthouse itself.

Before concluding my internship, I had to throw away all of my notes. This was expected, given the nature of their contents, and I felt honored to have been trusted to take them in the first place. What I was allowed to keep though was this, a list I compiled with one of my bosses detailing everything that I did and learned in my time with EDNY:
